Maison Chandesais was established in 1933 by Emile Chandesais. Located in the northern part of Côte Chalonnaise and close to the Côte de Beaune, Maison Chandesais selects, ages and blends each wine, bringing together authenticity, curiosity and innovation.
Maison Chandesais produces a wild range of wines including 9 Premiers Crus and focus on the prestigious village appellations such as Chassagne-Montrachet, Nuits Saint-Georges and Pommard… Through the range of wines, they therefore represent “La Grande Bourgogne” (Greater Burgundy)
A modern and immediately accessible Gevrey Chambertin, while there is still some left! Very well-rounded on the palate, it is initially lively and fresh before the body becomes well contained, with correctly integrated tannins and an energetic finish on spicy notes.
