Nose: Orchard fruit (peaches, pears, dried apples), smoke, malty sweetness, vanilla, honey and minerality.
Palate: Minerality, smoke, dried fruit, lemon peels, vanilla cake and some malty sweetness with a bit of spice.
Finish: Smoke, honey, spice and minerality.
